Welcome to The Turquoise Turtle, a beautifully appointed coastal retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and offers stunning ocean views. With its inviting coastal colors, comfortable furnishings, and relaxing atmosphere, this newly refreshed condo is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy your island getaway.

COASTAL COMFORT THROUGHOUT -
The Turquoise Turtle welcomes you with beautiful coastal colors and a relaxed beach-inspired atmosphere. The inviting living area features a large, comfortable couch that also converts to a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space when needed. An entertainment center with a cozy fireplace and wall-mounted TV creates the perfect setting for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach or by the pool.

A PEACEFUL PRIMARY SUITE -
The private primary suite offers a comfortable queen-size bed, creating a relaxing retreat where you can unwind and recharge after a day of island adventures.
For additional sleeping accommodations, the hallway features bunk beds that can comfortably be used by either kids or adults, making this condo a great option for a small family or group of friends.

A KITCHEN MADE FOR GATHERING -
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you'll need for those nights when you choose to dine in. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or cooking dinner after an afternoon at the beach, you'll have the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen. The breakfast bar provides comfortable seating for four and creates a wonderful gathering spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or conversation with the cook while dinner is being prepared.

One of the highlights of The Turquoise Turtle is the large private balcony, where you'll enjoy breathtaking ocean views along with views of the beautiful waterfall and pool.

The balcony is an inviting extension of the living space and the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away.

The Turquoise Turtle is located in the Maravilla Condos, one of Galveston's most popular vacation rental properties, near the front with stunning ocean views. Maravilla offers guests three pools (one resort-style pool, one children's pool, and one heated pool) as well as an in-ground spa. There's plenty of chaise lounges for relaxation and several barbecue pits for outdoor grilling. Kids of all ages will enjoy the outdoor volleyball area.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:

1. Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2. Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3. Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
