There is a large granite peninsula with plenty of seating to sit and share stories of your day while you enjoy your meal. There is a cozy corner reading nook in the living room or a reading light over the bed for those who want to wind down with a good read. Your host will have goodies waiting for you on your arrival. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken. The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Barefoot Sunrise. Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. ​​​​​​​Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows: 1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax 2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla. 3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre.
