The custom built full kitchen has granite counters, lots of cabinets and is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, combo microwave/convection oven, four element glass range, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, tumblers, silverware and more. The open concept floor-plan keeps the conversation going with a couch and love-seat, both with pull out beds, a recliner and wall mounted big screen TV with cable and Roku. There is a very large balcony right off the living room with Adirondack loungers to enjoy outdoors! The bathroom has a walk in shower with white subway tile, updated vanity and toilet. 100% cotton towels and sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, dish and laundry soap, coffee, creamer and sweeteners are all included. The property has two swimming pools, one is heated year round, tennis courts, fitness center, BBQ area, covered parking and is completely fenced and gated. The beach is across the street and many restaurants and shopping are also within walking distance, including Walmart, Sonic, Pit Stop BBQ, and Orange Leaf frozen Yogurt.
